These were so successful that we arranged an outdoor workshop to put into practice some of the lessons we gave.
So at 4.30am on the 14th May 2006 we set off from Chesterfield for Higger Tor. Our original plan has been to arrive for the dawn!

These shots are just a small selection
from those taken on Higger Tor, there was an element of 'we're damn well
here now so we'll take some pictures' but there were photographs to be
found.

| The light in the gorge was very diffused
and because we were working closer to subjects there were some good photos
here as this little set shows. We then went for breakfast - after all it was 7.45am and then we moved onto Cressbrook Dale

This gallery shows that photographs can be taken in the most unpromising conditions. Well done to everyone who turned out so early and in years to come we'll all look at our photos with fond memories of a mad morning - thank goodness for the full English breakfasts at the Pool Cafe.
Workshops Available on CD
Delegates on the course have found the information so useful that they have asked for printed copies of the lectures, we cannot afford to do this but we are going to make these available on CD at £6 for the first three workshops (£3 to members)
